I cold brew the imperial golden cassia. The tea has a nice aftertaste. Very enjoyable.

I used cold brewing method to brew this tea and it has a wonderful floral notes and is not bitter.

One of my favourite tea at the tea house.
If this tea is fitted for The Queen, it is definitely good enough for me.
