This smoky, full-bodied Top Grade Rou Gui is a product of the famous Wu Yi mountain in Fujian Province. Apart from its Wu Yi characteristics, Rou Gui’s brew exhibits a hint of cinnamon in both its taste and aroma, which explains how this heavily fermented tea was given the name ‘Rou Gui’ [肉桂], or ‘cinnamon’.

Shui Jin Gui is a semi-oxidised tea and one of the great four teas of Wuyi mountain. When brewed, the tea has a bright golden sheen that closely resembles that of the golden tortoise, hence its name (水金龟, or ‘Golden Tortoise’).

Shui Jin Gui has a special mellow and refreshing taste similar to that of Tie Guan Yin and green tea.
