Good overall experience. Product delivery was within a week. Tea itself is smooth, unlike the other brands, this rea has no tannin after taste. I love it.

Repeated purchase of the Dragon Well Tea sachet and the delivery was super FAST! Also need to give a good comment to the sales person too. Given that I am a newbie that is into Chinese Tea when I was at the shop, the sales person was patience and nice enough to take time to explain to me what tea to drink and the taste note of it, even explain to me how to use the tea sets. Defiantly will repeat purchase the tea again

Convenient to put in flask to bring out. No need to deal with messy tea leaves when you are on the go.
